I'm sure that The Brew Shop in Syd might have some. (Sponsor)
I have had a try of a beer with some Topaz and it was quite nice.
Never used it myself but hope to in the future. Apparently its has a high AA of about 14%
from memory.
Cheers

I usually get my bits n pieces from Craftbrewer at the same time as a grain order to spread the freight cost around. However if ordering just a small item such as a Smack Pack of yeast or a foil of hops, what I have done in the past is to unleash the moths from my wallet and get a few higher cost items in the same order which I'm eventually going to need and are going to give me good value over the following few months. For example order two Smack Packs, two hops, a sleeve of Polyclar and a bottle of Starsan. It's all $$s though.

Yeah i did that, but it added up to about $100 of hops and yeasts, i was thinking of getting 3xUS05 (for 3.30 each buy) and a variety of hops my LHBS doesn't get, also a bulk buy of 450g Cascade for $39.50, which is the hops i use most.
