Top jerky in brissie

There;'s a butchwer out at Brendale where I've found they do bloody good bacon along the lines of what I've read about in ere, the like of which I had not previously experienced. Dropped in there yesterday and found they do jerky as well, got some, and very damn nicely going down now with a beer. Around $10 for 4 sticks ($70/kg), very very nice. Sweet, smoky with enough moisture still present.

Recommended.

The one where the IGA is there at the little village along the stretch towards Strathpine mate.....and got some liverwurst which I guess e also makes, just about to try some on a sao.
