10 g willamette @ 10 mins
8 g fuggles @ 2-3 mins
6 g willamette @ 2-3 mins

15 g POR @ 30 mins

Coopers Dark Ale
1kg Dark Dried Malt Extract (DDME)
150g Choc Malt (steeped for 1hr in a coffee plunger)
Goldings Teabag
S-04 yeast
