Tip on cleaning keg tube / beer line without gas

How much sodium perc in the solution of 1.5 ltrs, 1 tablespoon, 2 ? thanks

1 heaped teaspoon in that much water is enough.

I use 1 heaped tablespoon per 10 litres when I'm cold soaking for a few days and top up with water as required so the liquid is touching all parts of container l/fermenter/kegs.
