I once made up some coops lager using 3 cans and 2 frementers, putting one and a half cans in each. Just wondering if anyone has tried this before? I thought it was quite nice

If my supply is dangerously running low, I sometimes do a Toucan double in my 60L fermenter. I've never tried a Trican as it would definately overflow. An 80L fermenter would come in handy though I must admit. I'm not even sure if thet make them that big. Maybe I'll start fermenting in a 44 Gal drum.
