Third Brew Starts Tomorrow, Yet To Enjoy The Spoils

Patience, patience, patience, I know.

I've got two brews conditioning and I'm starting my third brew in the morning, the Brewers Choice Stella clone. Has anyone tried it? Any comments or modifications to the process. I was going to follow their instructions.

Hi,

No advice on this brew per-se, but either get yourself along to a BABBS meeting sometime (it's on my to-do list as well) or arrange a brew day with one of the AG guys on this site. Believe me, it will change your view on all things beer
