A treat for your tastebuds!
A 4 course degustation crafted by hatted chef Rob Campbell to help you navigate your way through the superb brews from Brewcult and Killer Sprocket. Not only is each dish perfectly matched to compliment a brew from the Brewcult range, but each meal will contain the beer it has been partnered with! Pick the brains of the head brewers Hendo (Brewcult) and Sean (Killer Sprocket) on the night who will be joining for the feast.

We will be serving 2 courses at a time and 2 beers and it will be up to you to figure out which meal includes which beer and which one you think works better together!



First 2 courses and beers:

Crab & Smoked potato cake with Chipotle
Chargrilled calamari with Yuzo Soy
IPA Hopzone
Red IPA

Second 2 courses and beers:

Smoked firik with braised pork neck
Bone marrow dumplings with sticky oxtail
Killer Sprocket Amber Ale
Bandit Amber Ale
