The "real" No-chill Poll

In the absence of a chiller - I will be 'no chilling' for a while. Copper prices (around $20 per metre of 18mm annealed, so $360 for 18m) should boost the ranks of the no chillers for a while yet too...

I'm certainly in that boat - no chiller to speak of here...

Looks like a few copper chillers are being placed into mothballs for the occasional use

What is your No-chill experience? Please choose the most apt.

My house is covered with stinking soured wort from when the cube exploded!

Tried it once and decided it was bad news.

No-chill works well for me, and I'll continue using it

Aaah. Chilling the way the Lord intended. Slow and deliberate. Never had a problem with No-Chill
