"The Chemistry of Beer"

Not sure if this has been posted already.

Oklahoma University is providing a free online course called "The Chemistry of Beer". You do not have to be an enrolled student at OU to participate. However, sounds like you will need some chemistry background. It will go through the process from grains to bottle.
