what is the best temp control to buy for a fridge to ferment in?

Read the forum thread that was linked above, it's well worth the read. It will explain everything you need to know.

You'll need a housing of some sort (I used a clear Decor lunch box!) , wire , cutters/strippers , 2 female plugs (fridge & heater) and some electrical know-how... if you don't understand the basics and can't read the diagrams on the thread posted above then ask for help or pay a sparky!

Can even get PIDs now for < $30 ... Chinese knock offs ... but still !
 
Your choice. Just the cold if you only want to control a 'fridge. Hot and cold if you want to add heating, to gain complete control year round.
 
so do ihook up the hot and cold or just cold?
Brewing in Wagga youll probably need both but you could add in the heater a bit closer to winter if youre stretched ATM
