Is anyone interested in a Tasmanian grain bulk buy, i know grain is hard to get fown here, and with the recent price decrease we should get a pallet. Let me know if interested and we will take it from there. Bulk prices available through craftbrewer.

Just out of interest what grains would a 10 bag order have in it?

My 10 bag order will be:

1 x BB Galaxy
1 x BB Pale Pilsner
3 x BB Ale
2 x TF Maris Otter
1 x Weyermann Munich 1

Thats 8 bags and im interested in splitting a couple of bags of specialty grains with other buyers if they are interested. Otherwise i will just get another couple of bags on base malts. I find that specialty grains are fairly easy to get here in Tassie whereas we are limited to what base malts we can get. Ive been using Joe White Export Pilsner for a couple of years as thats all i could get!

Ive been quoted $212.15 for a full pallet to Launceston, this works out at $7.85 freight per bag which is quite reasonable. Im going to see if the price will drop as we only have 27 bags, not quite a full pallet. Will keep everyone informed.
