Recipe for 12 liter2 1/2 days is too early. You might want to give it some more time. Generally we know it has completed fermenting if the OG is the same 2 days in a row. Care to share what were the ingredients that went in so that we can do some calculations? If you are kit or extract brewer it would be a good idea to use ianh's spreadsheet. Just search for it.
