G'day guys I've got this recipe in fridge right now

Been 10 days I hit OG spot on but seems to be stuck on 1020 for last three days. I've given it a few nudges and swirl to see if it will kick off but to no avail. I will still leave for my normal 2 weeks anyway before I lager it but will it be ok or what? I used two packs of 34/70 by the way
 
What was your mash temp and how accurately was it measured?

Funny you should ask it was supposed to be 68-69c but the goddamn new thermometer I bought that day was near impossible to read. HAd to have a led torch shining on it just the right angle it was a nightmare. So may have been higher
 
It may be done then. Best try a fast ferment test just to be sure, in case you plan on bottling.

What you mean by fast ferment test? I've taken hydro readings and it's stable although I'll definitely leave for my normal two weeks before cold crashing
