Only done a few on the new rig but my cleanup is simple-
MT gets emptied out into a bucket/bag for the bin while the boil is on. Then quick hose out from above the fb, then fill a bit and tip it over to get everything out. Then kettle full of nappisan/sod perc and lid on to steam the insides. Use a light scourer to dislodge any sticky grain and drain/rinse/drain and leave to dry. Come next brew I undo the fb to check for anything under it and give it another rinse.

Kettle needs mucking out as I'd have a fair bit of hop flowers on top of the fb and a little break below, but essentially the same as mt in terms of zap with sod perc, cover, scrub a little, swirl, rinse and dry.

Everything also gets a blast of water from the hose into the hose barbs back through the internal plumbing out through the fb to get everything out.
HLT just gets drained into mt and through chiller to clean.

Probably ~1/2 hour after putting the fermenter in fridge I'm done cleaning.
