G'day folks
I'm going to brew a California Common in the next day or so but thought I would tweak my usual recipe by using some of the specially malts from the Gladfields stable. I thought a bit of toffee might go nicely to add a bit of colour and flavour in place of the normal xtal malts. How does the recipe below look? For those that have used toffee malt before will this be enough to add anything perceivable to the beer, or will it be too much?
Cheers
