That short clip I sent you was about 8 mb per minute, that was using Movie Maker and was shot on a Galaxy Note that does 720p. I don't know how you found the quality I sent you but your original vid would only have come out at less than 200 mb using MM

Nice work - have subscribed and will be following with interest!

Awesome, drilling hot metal with thongs - thats the Australian way!

Cobalt drills are better then masonry to get your pilots done

They're my favourite steel capped thongs :p

I actually purchased a 5.5mm cobalt (maybe carbide?) drill bit on the weekend and it chewed through a pot like butter. I'll have to create an update post.

I looked for a 12mm cobalt in Bunnings - $52!

No way! I found one at bunnings for ~12 bucks. I'll have to see if I can find which one it was.

EDIT: having said that, it was 5mm, so the price might rise quickly when sizing up.

Great work bud. Only thing I'd improve is the volume levels when you switch from scene to scene.

Cheers! Yeah I'm trying to normalize the audio on future videos, but really I'd just like to get a nice microphone.
