G'day all, i have just got hold a cheap spartanburg keg but some genius has welded up the pressure relief valve hole, has any one got a spare lid for either a corny or spatanburg keg anywhere out there in oz land?all help will be very much appreciated.my email address is [email protected]
Cheers Rusty

It's not critical to have a lid with a relief valve. Roughly half of my kegs have lids with relief valves and the other half have the hole plugged or don't have a relief valve hole at all. The lids without the valve are actually my favourite because they seem to seat better than the others. Just lean the keg over slightly to ensure that the gas in dip tube is out of the beer before you depress its poppet with a key or something to vent the keg.
