Since it warmed up. my lambic has definatly developed some new whit stuff on top
 
Cool tony, keep us posted. My demijohns are due this week, and as soon as they get here I'm pitching the roselare in my Flanders brown. Was hoping they'd be here now...
 
Ok so now I need another fridge for when I start sours because waiting till March to start on that trip is not gonna happen.
 
My demijohns have arrived!. They're going to go on top of the fridge inside the house. Very stable temps inside year round. Painting behind the fridge but once I'm done I'll be pitching

If you got your fermenters in an out of the way place remember to check the water level in your airlock on a reasonably regular basis. I've lost two batches from failing to do this.
 
Ok mate will do. They're on top of the inside fridge so I should remember. Now just need to wait :(
