Soda Stream Co2 Cylinders

Hi All,
I've got hold of a couple of "Soda Stream" CO2 cylinders that I want to convert to connect to my regulator to save carting a full size cylinder to parties, the keg weighs enough.
I've seen one used before but didn't take enough notice of what was done to convert it.


Has anyone ever done this and what is involved?

CraftBrewer has a SodaStream adapter available. However, refilling them seems a bit problematic. There are a few threads that deal with this, though I can't find the one that finally convinced me that it was just better to get the swapped at Woolies.

you can also use a butchered sodastream, which is what I do for my party keg
