Former tenant Would be in my list too, fantastic beer.

Exit IPA another to consider, in my opinion a better IPA than the yanks produce (although i am partial to evil cousin) and up there with brewdog Jack Hammer

That's only 3, but no need to look further.

I know, I know, I've nominated 3 breweries, not beers, but I can't decide between any of their offerings.

Perhaps you're thinking of Brisbane Bitter Bribie? You were a Queensland resident in the '70's IIRC?
Pretty much the only Carlton product I've ever been able to stomach.

And whilst I'm here, the only time I bother nipping down to Moffats these days is when they have Former Tenant on tap. Ripper of an AIPA. :icon_drool2:

Ok I'm going to say it... stone and wood pacific ale. When people think australian hops they think galaxy abs this beer is a great showcase of them and an example of a fledgling aus craft beer style.

This is the current line up. I went for as many cans as possible, and it's a bit pale ale heavy but depending on what I put in my check-in suitcase, I might stick a couple more in of something entirely different to make it up to 12 cans.

I stuck in a can of Batch as it was my local brewery and their American pale is really good. The 6 String I might actually just drink this evening and replace it with a saison. Don't need to take back two red IPAs.

+1 what Coodgee said, you have to take a Stone & Wood Pacific Ale. Such a great beer for such a simple light ale.
Plus a few from the Feral line-up: namely Hop Hog, War Hog, & Karma Citra.

I'd maybe be tempted to take a Little Creatures Pale Ale - again, a "common" commercialised beer now, but still a great simple beer.

And i'd lose the Praline Saison - it's a travesty. Or rather, throwing cocoa nibs into a beer is a great, clever idea that simply never delivers in my experience. There are better saisons.

FWIW, it probably depends on whether you're looking for more experimental, avant garde beers (i assume you are, given your post above with your initial selections); or if you want a few more common mainstays.
