Show On Austar - Special Brew

Did anyone catch this? It was on Discovery at 12:30..... Its a home brew show, they made an english bitter. I'm at work so I missed it and can;t find ot when its on again...

edit: the subject should say Austar.... how do you edit the subject?

I actually just watched it before. Last week he made kit wine. Base for the show seems to be guy goes into HBS buys a kit, makes it along with a "Master brewer" and they compare the two at a local comp. Thing I found interesting was it looked like a std 30L fermenter yet it just had no airlock at all, just a lid. The masterbrewer was a kiwi guy that runs a microbrewery in Kent where they grow alot of hops. Last week was the first time I saw it.

I watched it, it was pretty amateurish really, but hey ! theres not many home brew programs around if any.

Some of their methods, were from the dark ages, like siphoning into bottles, and i could'nt understand why they added their bottling sugar/malt after they had bottled the brew.

I'm guessing each Sat as I happened to just be flicking thru the e-guide last Sat when I saw it, got all pumped up assuming it was about beer then discovered it was about wine, yuk ! Watched it today just to see what they were doing and yay beer !
Tune in next Sat is my best bet.

Ive looked and searched and ca'nt find if it's to be repeated Yardy. Which is unusual for Austar, usually programs are repeated that night or the next day. Maybe someone can help.
