so I have been trying to come up with 2 18/19 batches of IPAs. Sorry my last post was messy. I work with the government and have had 1 day off in 2 months and it is hard to edit on my phone. Even at work now unfortunately.
First recipe
2.5kg bb ale malt
0.45kg white wheat
0.25kg carapils
0.25kg crystal medium
0.1 rye (not sure about this)
No chill hop additions
30IBU Magnum 45min
15IBU Chinook 10-0min (10,8,6,4,2,0)
Dry hop 60grams of Mosaic for 7 days in the keg or secondary
2nd recipe
2.5kg ale malt
400g vienna jw
200g caramunich
200g white wheat
30IBU chinook 45mins
15IBU chinook 10-0mins
Dry hop 60g of summer for 7 days in the keg or secondary
