Brewed a Coopers Mex Cerveza with Saflager S-23. It spent 21 days in the FV and has spent 30 days in the bottles.
It's really really clear, hardly any sediment.
Does s23 need longer bottle conditioning like other lager yeasts?
The weather is warm and it's Saturday and I'm about to drag out the BBQ for the first time this summer.
Can I serve this beer to guests yet or wait a few weeks?
