About this dark wheat.... being a dark malt it doesnt add much fermentable sugar to the wort and thus can only be used in small quantities right?

How does it go in say a stout or porter to add a little head retention??

If you stick to style Weyermann Dark Wheat can be up to 50% of the grain bill as you can see HERE. Adding a little Caramel Wheat & Chocolate Wheat to your recipe as well will make an excellent Dunkelwiezen.
My last Dunkel was almost 65% Dark Wheat & was :icon_drool2: .
