Rhubarb Fizz

my old man has grown a truck load of rhubarb and has been hounding me to put down a batch of something with his rhubarb in it. Does anyone have any Rhubarb recipes or something that might come out tasting nice using his rhubarb? possibly something like a apple cider but with rhubarb instead?

any info would be great
