I've been slowly working on a 8 tap keezer set-up and one of the things that's been on my to-do list is a decent secondary regulator system.

The way I've set it up is; 2 high pressure for soft drinks; 5 normal pressure for beer; 1 low pressure for the beer engine.

The stars of the show are 3 of these: http://www.brewmart.com.au/brewmart-shop/catalogue/?detail&ItemID=3039&SZIDX=0&CCODE=16530&QOH=4&CATID=249&CLN=1
They're ganged together with 3/8" nipples.

It's not as nice as it could be since I cheaped out a bit on the components, but it should do the job.

Hi Tim, how is this working out for you? I'm looking to do something similar so am curious on your thoughts.

Cheers,

Matto,

I had to change it up a bit from that photo to make it work, but it still does the job.

Had a fair few problems when I first got it running. Leaks in the regs, manifolds, disconnects (el-cheapo variety) and kegs meant I lost two bottles of gas before I got it right. I had to disassemble and reassemble all the manifolds, switch out all the disconnects to genuine or CMBs and change all the keg seals. I've also now become paranoid about leaving the gas on at the bottle when I'm not using it.

If I were to do it again I wouldn't use the mini-regs, it was a bit of a pain getting them lined up properly and keeping a tight fit. I'd just spend the extra and use one of these http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/3-Regulator-Wall-Panel-Home-Brew-/281134721822?pt=AU_Barware&hash=item4174ef6b1e&_uhb=1 instead.

Cheers,
Tim
