Refilling Fire Extinguisher In Sydney

After reading all the posts for and against using gas from a extinguisher for my keg I bit the bullet and got into it, now after a few kegs my gas is just about empty, Can anyone direct to where I can both getr a refil and while I am there get the tube taken out preferably on the south side of the Harbour
