Hey Everyone,
I have just recently picked up a three pack of beers from Bootleg Brewery a wheat beer, brown ale and pilsener. The only info i can find is from the fermenter or using 2 bottles of Coopers Pale Ale, I was just wondering if one bottle would be enough yeast even with a starter? I'm assuming they would contain pretty good yeast, thoughts?

Cheers,
Gill

The website says the wheat is bottle conditioned so you could grab the yeast from there. Doesn't say if it's the same yeast they use to ferment with or if it's added later like the LCPA. The others don't meantion anything about bottle conditioning.

Just go for it, if anything maybe use a smaller starter than you would for more bottles but I would probably just try it as is.
I just re cultured up a slant of CSA from about 20mL starter wort to loosen it up, then stepped up to 250mL then to 2L and it's rip roaring along.

Just do it.
