Brewer's Notes
Took a little while to round out but after about 3 weeks, bloody beautiful (not too bad at all). Slight yeast haze (cloudy as shit). Ran through a filter (not too bad actually), gassed up (barely carbonated) and took to a party (couple of taken chicks and some drunk idiots staring at their feet) and , everyone (one drunk loud bloke) went mental over it. Drained the keg in a few hours(more like 5). Even the chicks were hooking into it (i saw one chick pour a pint twice).
