Brewer's Notes
Hops are the winner in this beer. Tasted at 1 week bottle conditioning, Still slightly green but beautiful floral-piney aroma. Bitterness is smooth and very appealing - almost comparable to Stella Artois but not as sharp. I will definately be replicating this hop schedule in a future brew.
