Brewer's Notes
1.048 down to 1.008, 27 IBU, 8.1 EBC used US-56. NZ hallertau is Pacific hallertau.
All hops are flowers, 60 min Pac Hal addition is actually FWH.
This was a bloody nice beer, Too easy to drink
It had a mild, slightly buttery and spicy hop character and the MO...... well there is not much more to say...... its great all on its own. It needs no help!
All that tasted this had the same initial response. They smiled and said...... "oooooooo thats easy to drink".
It was a sad day when the 50 liter keg ran dry.
I have never brewed the same beer twice........ this will be the first this summer!
