I can't be sure on the brandings for the grains as they were just bought as types from my LHBS. THe Corn Sugar is Malto-Dextrin...
The efficiency is a guess. I think I got too high a mash temp too early as I didn't get quite that OG. The actuals were OG 1046 FG 1008, that Nottingham yeast loves to eat!
Whatever the case this has turned into a lovely beer, at least in my opinion...
