Brewer's Notes

I use finnish pilsner malt (Viking Malt) and Brouwlands Crystal malt 120 EBC (~60L).
I use a bit of gypsum, salt and epsomsalt because we have soft water.
That last 30g Cascades goes to NoChill canister.

Second place of Finnish national Home Brew contest.
