Bloody oath bitter - Ashes ale

Ale - English Best (Special) Bitter
All Grain
- - - - -

Brewer's Notes

Brewed to celebrate the English losing the 'Ashes'. Fermented at 24.5 down to 22degC to bring out fruity ale flavours. Bottle conditioned for minimum of 1 month, very drinkable, pours a beautiful head an has lots of ale fruity/biscuity flavour, and is quite bitter. Won't be waiting for the next Ashes series to brew this one again.
