Brewer's Notes
BIAB + No Chill. Best efficiency I have gotten so far with BIAB. Dry hops (0min addition) are in primary after fermentation has mostly finished (after 6 days). 45min hops were FWH with a 45min boil. Yeast was dry 24g US05.
Basically liked my English bitter so much I wanted an American hopped version.
