hi all, i have scored a ten kilo bag of cornflakes and decided to do a brew with what i have laying around. just looking for any opinions on the recipe i have just knocked up on beersmith. it will be going straight onto a yeast cake from an octoberfest i have just finished.

well its to late to change anything now, i just mashed in. heres hoping for the best.
 
cornflakes in a schwarzbier?

I would have made a Classic American Pilsner.

Cornflakes have a lot of salt in them too.... should be interesting. I tend to avoid eating them cause of the salt content.
