As my 1st year hop plants are steadily climbing up their strings my (somewhat optimistic) thoughts have turned to using the wet hops. Did some searching on the WWW and found a recipe link on an american website. Its an AG recipe (see below) for a Sierra Nevada Harvest Ale recipe. I am still K&K/Extract brewer so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about converting this?

Not too worried about the late hop additions as I just plan to chuck in whatever I harvest. More looking for a good base beer.

Cheers in advance!
