Just looking for some feedback an ESB recipe I just came up with. I'm trying to use up some grain and hops I have had sitting around for a while. Any absolute no-no's stand out?

Recipe Specifications
--------------------------
Batch Size: 21.00 L
Boil Size: 26.00 L
Estimated OG: 1.057 SG
Estimated Color: 25.9 EBC
Estimated IBU: 45.8 IBU
Brewhouse Efficiency: 75.00 %
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Ingredients:
------------
Amount Item Type % or IBU
4.25 kg Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (3.9 EBC) Grain 81.42 %
0.40 kg Caramunich Malt (110.3 EBC) Grain 7.66 %
0.30 kg Wheat Malt (Barrett Burston) (3.0 EBC) Grain 5.75 %
0.20 kg Amber Malt (43.3 EBC) Grain 3.83 %
0.07 kg Chocolate Malt (689.5 EBC) Grain 1.34 %
30.00 gm Target [11.00 %] (60 min) Hops 38.1 IBU
20.00 gm Williamette [5.50 %] (20 min) Hops 7.7 IBU
30.00 gm Williamette [5.50 %] (0 min) Hops -
1 Pkgs London ESB Ale (Wyeast Labs #1968) Yeast-Ale

Will end up quite dry, finishing low.

Needs some remaining sugars to counter the 45 IBU.
45 is quite bitter. aim for just under 40.

Perhaps split the target into 20g at 60min, 10g at 30min which brings it down to the 40IBUand you'll get some of the target aroma coming through

You don't want to use Maris Otter and British medium crystal?

Just using up what I have, so no MO. Will split the target up a bit, you're right, it is a bit bitter.
