Quick Question Co2 Bottle

I just got a keg king CO2 bottle delivered that I got of ebay.
It was delivered with the tap on,Im guessing its empty. :angry:
Am I wrong,does it need a reg screwed into it before it will leak ????
Any help would be great.

The reg wont make a difference.

I think you will find they are all posted empty, otherwise the postage would need to be a certified dangerous good/gas handler. Only full if you pick up in person.

my keg king bottle from ebay was sold as a full one, which it did. If you turn the dial you'll hear the gas getting out. Read the description in the ebay ad.....

Yep just had a read on ebay, kruisheer is correct. Some sellers have arranged contracts to deliver full. You should check back to the ebay advert to see what was the original option.
