I'm about ready to keg my first batch of HB into a keg. I have read up and found that you need to purge all the o2 from the keg before sealing to stop oxidation.

Just want to know what is the correct way to do this for a cornelius keg?

Francis, I purge the air off the beer with Co2. Connect the gas and release the keg pressure for a couple of seconds using the relief valve, then pressurise the keg to 100Kpa disconnect and store.

Screwtop thanks for that.

Tonight we keg and purge..!
