Nev .. I am thinking is the pump for you only used for the HLT to the Mashing Tun ??? or do you have one from the Mashing Tun to the Keggle / Kettle ??

Would you recommend the 12v ?? I am thinking that this may just be the solution I have been looking for Do you have a pic of your set up ?

Its used for every thing HLT, Herms recirc, kettle transfer to fermenter and fermenter to keg. Its certified food grade and don't let the size fool you.
I will get some pics on Sunday when its all set up.
