Palmer's How To Brew - New Edition

John Palmer's classic introductory text How To Brew has found a new home with Brewers Publications in a revised edition.

Hard to tell how extensive the revisions are, but seems to have about another 36 pages and a half dozen more recipes to get you started. What else is new, I do not know.

Now with a known beer book publisher, and one with a proven distribution network that even finds Dymocks in Adelaide , Mr Palmer may finally earn the royalties he so richly deserves. Just hope the first & free edition at www.howtobrew.com is not swallowed up in the process.

New edition not due out until June 2006.

I don't know what you mean. Just 'cos I am building an annexe for the librury doesn't mean I can't show restraint :huh: .

Mind you, this edition does have a much prettier cover
