Hi Everyone,

So I bought some Azacca in my last hop order and keen to see how it goes, as I've never used it before.

Batch 23L
1.7kg Coopers Lager Kit
1.5kg Briess Munich Liquid Malt
300g Light Crystal
US-05
50g Azacca

Steep Grain for 30mins in 3L of water at 67 degrees
Remove grain, top up to 5L, add some liquid malt and bring to the boil.
Once boiling

20g for 10mins.

Cool pot in sink of water
Dissolve the kit can and rest of the malt.
Strain into my conical fermenter, top up to 23L.
Pitch yeast at 22 degrees
Ferment at 18 degrees for 14 days and dry hop with 30g of Azacca on Day 9
Bottle, then play the waiting game til I can drink it.

Any advice is welcome

Sounds nice, how'd this Azacca flavour go?
I'm about to do one very similar
