Hi all,

Bottled a Pacific Ale 31/5 and put a sneaky one into the fridge for a try ...

Very nice so far, lots of passionfruit & bitterness at the back of the throat that lasts for about 15 seconds ... Don't know if that a legit tasting method, but I like it. Head held together quite well, second pour out of a 750ml pet was a bit dusty but not to bad ...

Yeah ... that could be the next option ... This one was dry hopped with 50g Galaxy ...

How's your Trition going ? ;)

Love me some Pacific Ales. I'm only just started brewing so doing kits at the moment.
Blonde Pouch or Can + 15-20g Ella, 15-20g Citra, 15-20g Galaxy all dry hopped working well so far. Have been experimenting with how much Dextrose and DME to add also.
