Are these still the go to scales for measuring grain and all round kitchen measurings?

i have them for grain measurement... work fine

Bucket on top, and tare off after each grain being measured.

I bought the same unit as SBOB. Excellent unit, reads both sides and has the ”tare” function to delete the empty bucket etc weight. Also good for when transferring from larger keg to small via seal transfer as you go by the weight in the smaller keg eg. if filling a 5l mini = 5kg on scale.
Also use it to weigh co2 cylinders, large and soda stream. Know empty weight and know full.

Got the same unit and use it the same as Grott
Also good for weighing cubes to work out volume with SG calcs

I also use mine to weigh my mash and sparge water.
Much easier than measuring it in litres......and probably more accurate.
