Hi all, I have a mish mash of hops in freezer at the moment and wanted to throw them into a basic partial grain bill I have lying around including
Golden promise
Light crystal 200g
Carapils 100g
Ldme
Making this one to about 5% abv and 20L

I have in hop storage in rough amounts
100g simcoe
60gm amarillo
100g ahtanum
80g nelson sauvin
25g citra
30g ekg

Anyone have some good schedule / combo suggestions. Ive recently mixed simcoe and amarillo and love it in a hopburst apa. Also have simcoe and citra in a 6.6% ipa waiting to be bottled.

Cheers :)

Awesome thanks goomba
With the 1 min addition. How much of each do you reckon? And I take it simcoe @ 60?

Plug the figures into brewmate/beersmith.

1 minute additions (assuming chill) - increase the quantity until 20IBU (at least) come from the one minute additions (be sure that your software AA% = your hops' AA%s). Balance them evenly.

Simcoe at 30 or 60. With APA, I go 30, with AIPA, I increase it to 60 (and 20 IBU).
