Hi all,

Been sneaking around this forum using it to help and answer questions that all of us new brewers have, Thought its about time to get involved.


Just finished brewing an APA yesterday its getting ready to bubble away just now. An AG clone of Behemoth Murica.

Hi Darren. Just love the hops you've got over there. Prefer them to US hops, by and large. Working my way through some of the Gladfied recipes, which, once I'd worked out what their malt names really meant, are very interesting. I love their "Nyu Zilund" Pilsner. Haven't heard of Behemoth Murica, I'll have to look it up.
