Currently running this experiment. Brew fridge died in December just after I cubed. Couldn't get replacement fridge until late Feb so a couple of months at temps between 30 and 38C. I had air space in the cubes. Drinking this brew now and it is great..
Brewed again yesterday and cubed. You wouldn't believe it the bloody compressor on my new fridge just crapped itself so I'm running this trial again..
