Id like to have a go at this . I have some choc,caramalt,light and dark crystal grains and I was going to pick up a can of coopers amber malt as the base. Anyone have a recipe?
For hops can you use Golding's? And with yeast I have Nottingham and safale 05. Can I use any of these?
