Newcastle brown ale recipe

Id like to have a go at this . I have some choc,caramalt,light and dark crystal grains and I was going to pick up a can of coopers amber malt as the base. Anyone have a recipe?
For hops can you use Golding's? And with yeast I have Nottingham and safale 05. Can I use any of these?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated guys

Ahh, good old Newkie Brun. Many happy hours nursing pints of that during my student days in England.

It depends how authentic you want to go with it really as it was originally a blended beer made from an amber and old style ale. This article from BYO may help you along...
