Hi There,
i have been brewing for a few years now, only kit and kilo though.
Earlier this year i undertook a Mash Brewing course at Regency TAFE in South Australia, which has given me a new lease on home brewing.
i am still trying to get all of my equipment sorted to be able to mash brew, slowly but shorley.
So far i have
-an esky
false bottom
18mtrs coiled copper.
so not that much really, about to order some bits and pieces from ebay, PH meter, temp controller for fridge, brix meter.
i am also trying to track down a march pump, that is with in my budget but i may just have to bite the bullet and spend the $300 they seem to be.
this looks like a great place to get info etc.
Thanks. Damo.
